These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between MultiClean and any customer making a purchase through our online store.

We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur between the product images and the final product.

MultiClean reserves the right to modify products, prices, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€).

MultiClean reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

The price charged to the customer is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on this website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

MultiClean reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information.

  • Previous disputes with the customer.

  • Payment issues.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time the order is placed.

All transactions are securely processed through our trusted payment service providers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier or destination country.

MultiClean shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers.

  • Customs clearance.

  • Peak shopping periods.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing their order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refund Policy

No refund will be issued for shipped orders until the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will only be processed after verification of the returned item.

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • The original packaging is missing.

  • The return is incomplete.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a package is refused or left unclaimed by the customer, any return shipping and reshipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the product.

  • Photos of the packaging.

  • Your order number.

Claims submitted after this period may be refused by MultiClean.

10. Liability

MultiClean shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of the product.

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

  • Any incompatibility between the product and the customer's personal expectations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of MultiClean.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from MultiClean.
